Digital Services & Non-Refundable Nature

All services provided by Mida Scope Media—including but not limited to Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising, Website Design & Development, Content Marketing, Social Media Management, and SaaS Solutions—are digital in nature and involve significant time, strategy, and resource allocation from the moment work begins.

Therefore, all payments made for our services are non-refundable, except under the specific conditions outlined below.

Cancellation Policy

• Clients may request to cancel ongoing services in writing (via email to our official support address).
• Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
• Any work completed up to the date of cancellation will be billed in full.
• For project-based services (e.g., website development), a cancellation fee of 50% of the total project cost will apply if canceled after work has commenced.

Exceptions (Partial Refund Consideration)

Refunds may be considered only in the following rare circumstances:

• If Mida Scope Media fails to deliver the agreed-upon scope of work within the mutually agreed timeline without valid justification.
• If a service is misrepresented in writing and materially differs from what was delivered.

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of service delivery or billing. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 15 business days.

No Refunds for Third-Party Costs

Payments made to third parties (e.g., domain registration, hosting fees, ad spend on Google/Facebook) are non-refundable and will not be reimbursed under any circumstances.
